CNC Miller / Turner required to program set and operate.

5 Axis CNC Miller
5 AXIS CNC MILLER REQUIRED FOR LONG ESTABLISHED PRECISION ENGINEERING COMPANY.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL COMPETENT IN ALL ASPECTS OF 5 AXIS MACHINING, PROGRAMMING BOTH OFF LINE AND AT MACHINE, TO PRODUCE PRISMATIC PARTS AS WELL AS COMPLEX 3D SHAPES.
THE WORK IS BOTH VARIED AND INTERESTING FOR A HIGHLY SKILLED INDIVIDUAL.
OFF LINE PROGRAMMING USING ONECNC SOFTWARE & EXPERIENCE OF HEIDENHAIN CONTROLLED DMG 5 AXIS MACHINES, WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE.
HOURS ARE 38.25 PLUS OVERTIME, WHEN AVAILABLE:
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7:30AM – 4:30PM
FRIDAY 7:30AM – 11:45AM
5 Axis CNC Miller

5 Axis CNC Miller
Competent 5 axis machining, programming both off line and at machine, to produce Prismatic parts as well as complex 3D shapes.
The work is both varied and interesting for a highly skilled individual.
Off line programing using OneCNC software & experience of Heidenhain controlled DMG 5 axis machines, would be an advantage.

TOOLMAKER VACANCY
To produce harden and ground components for the use of special purpose machines and press tools. Experience in the following is an advantage:

  • Manual surface grinding
  • Spark erosion
